To order

Ordering via our website is a simple process. Everything is clearly indicated on the way. Once you have a product in mind, fill in the options. Once you have filled in all the options, go ahead and click on "Add to cart".

Then click on "Complete order". Now you fill in all requested information. When that is done, click on "Confirm order". Then you will be forwarded to the payment process

To send

You can keep an eye on the order status page when your order is ready and shipped. We ship our products safely with PostNL. After a certain weight, a switch will automatically be made from bubble envelope to letterbox package.

Guarantee

Once you have received your order, we count on a warranty period of 2 weeks on our products. That means that you have a reflection period of 14 days. If there is anything wrong with your order please send an email to esratack@gmail.com , we will take further action from there.
